The ABC Board delegates its store operations to eleven districts with Store Management Supervisors located within the respective districts. Each Store Management Supervisor is obliged to audit every ABC store under his/her supervision a minimum of one time a month and file the original copy of the audit form with the Stores Operations Division. The audit encompasses taking cash readings from all cash registers, verifying cash on hand including the change fund, and selecting random codes from the warehouse stock to examine for tampering. The series consists of Supervisor's audit forms used by district supervisors to document all information during their routine audit. Also included are Supervisors' Checklists designed to assist supervisors in locating potential problem areas.
